Standard Return Policy

You can return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange if you're not satisfied, provided:

  • The item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • The item is free of any pet-related residues or smells.
  • You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You contact us at info@hoshiba.co to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
  • You ship the item back at your cost.

Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

  • For defective, damaged, or wrong items, contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • We'll arrange for a return or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.
  • Please provide photos or descriptions of the issue for our assessment.

Exchange Policy

  • To exchange an item, return it under our standard return policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • You ship the item back at your cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • International orders cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defective, damaged, or wrong items, which we'll handle case by case.

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
  • If you don't receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at info@hoshiba.co.
